Sea Haze Fish
As part of a larger body of work documenting sustainable producers, I have been joining Neil on his small boat Peter II, in Brighton Marina. Neil catches whatever is in season for a low impact sustainable practice. Sea Haze originates from a longstanding fishing family, that is traced back to 1580. Along with fishing, they were also involved with the selling of fish, shellfish and have a beach hut still on Brighton Beach.
